Yo! We’re Ski Team. Hella cool that you’re here.
We’re a video production agency that started when two producers in Milwaukee joined forces to answer the cries for “more video content!” from companies, brands, and advertising agencies. When it comes to making video, we’re nimble, we’re aggressive (the good kind) and we’re fun. Welcome to the team – we can’t wait to make cool things with you.
Been there (most likely), done that (probably).
We’ve produced and managed shoots all over the planet.

Meet Ski Team:
Executive Producer & Director
Lynne (Wisnefski) Fraser
Lynne’s production experience comes from 11 years working in TV both nationally and internationally.
Now, Lynne lends her seasoned production expertise to award-winning marketing campaigns for clients and brands. She works as a producer, director, copywriter, A.I. dabbler and sometimes, she does all of these at the same time! More importantly, her vast network of talented collaborators provide the teamwork that makes the dream work.
Her previous employers include major networks, like NBC in New York and ABC in Chicago as well as the BBC, Channel 4, and Bloomberg internationally. Her credits include the Today Show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and Windy City LIVE, which earned her a Midwestern Regional Emmy. Her 3 years living and working in the UK diversified her experience to an international audience, where two projects she produced won Scottish BAFTAs for excellence in broadcast media.
She graduated in 2005 from UW-Madison and has worked in production for over 20 years.
Also, Lynne does actually ski…mostly on the water and sometimes in the snow.

In this week of gratitude, we wanted to share our sincerest thanks to the awesome Milwaukee production community we get to be a part of.
When our friends at @mkefilm asked if we`d be up for helping them create a fundraising video for their end of year campaign, we immediately said yes because we LOVE this organization and we knew there were many in the production community here that felt the same and would be willing to donate their time and talents to this effort.
We`re excited to share how this promo came together (currently playing at a theater near you! …if it`s the Oriental and the Downer). It`s a testimony to how great/fun work can happen when you bring the right people together with shared passion and heart.

Did you ever have a shoot where it felt like everyone was a creative director? Yeah, like that… 😘
Thankfully, for our shoot with Manifesto Agency for Sparklight, we had a great ECD in Adam Pryor to take the lead.
We so enjoyed making this new, fun campaign for Sparklight and confess that we sometimes stream with the lights off too. 💻 (Check out the work on our website!)
