The Problem

New business acquisition is challenging when your service offering is based on the little-known science of business psychology and organizational analysis. Ascend Talent Strategies provides this service as part of its Team Effectiveness Coaching and they needed help explaining the offering to potential new clients.

The ATS team approached Ski Team because they thought animation might be a fun, engaging way to communicate with a new audience.

The Solution

The creative team at Ski Team had a few “discovery” phone calls with the team at Ascend to fully understand what the new coaching workshop entailed. The teams collaborated on creating a script that hit on the right tone and key message points. Ski Team joined up with Blu Blu Studios to create fun and captivating design, including using the brand’s color palette and geometric styling for some of the more abstract ideas. 

The resulting animation was the perfect medium for guiding viewers through the internal issues inhibiting a team’s success and communicating Ascend’s thoughtful solutions for fixing them.
