The Problem

Kevin Wester is really good at his job. Like, so good that after becoming a dual citizen of Luxembourg and the United States in 2012, he built a successful consulting business helping thousands of people with Luxembourg ancestry reclaim their nationality. He also leads immersive tours of Luxembourg’s culture, history, food, and traditions—including Family Day experiences in participants’ ancestral villages. Oh, and he’s written several books about Luxembourg.

Like most small business owners, Kevin is busy.

After bringing on new employees, the Luxembourg Legacy team decided it was time to up their video game. With a devoted social media following, they needed an engaging way to answer frequently asked questions, educate prospective citizens, and drive audiences to their new website across social channels.

The Solution

Like a lot of small business owners, Kevin works from home, so we needed to set up an “office” filled with all things Luxembourg. Our team found the perfect spot to display all of the books, photos, and Luxembourg decor in an environment that we could show off as “b-roll” throughout the video series.

After Kevin showed us his list of FAQs and answers, our team identified the key points so we could keep the videos clear, concise, and focused, making sure we covered all the important information – taking something super complicated and making it fun and manageable for Luxembourg Legacy’s audience.

The Result

Hey – we never thought we’d become Luxembourg experts, but here we are along with everyone else who’s seen Luxembourg Legacy’s content. This year, Kevin announced two Luxembourg tours that sold out almost immediately. What they’re doing is working! Ski Team is thrilled that our team could offer the video production expertise needed to contribute to this small business success.
